PARTY KIT INSTRUCTIONS:
You will need:
1) 8.5 X 11 Card Stock Paper compatible with your printer
2) 8.5 X 11 Letter Weight Paper
2) Paper Cutter or Xacto Knife, Metal Ruler & Cutting Mat
3) Double Stick Tape & Clear Tape
4) Roll of Twine or Matching Ribbon
5) Avery 8293 (1.5 inch round) Ink Jet Label Sheets
6) Avery 8165 (full sheet) Ink Jet Label Sheets
7) Toothpicks for Cupcake Toppers
8) Hole Punch
“WELCOME BABY!” PENNANTS: This PDF has 6 pages, two letters per page. Print all pages on 8.5 X 11 inch card stock. Trim and use hole punch on top corners where marked. Measure and trim twine or ribbon to desired length. String pennants onto twine/ribbon, hang and adjust spacing on string to fit your display area.
WELCOME SIGN: With PDF open in Acrobat, edit text block and print onto a card stock. Trim off white edges and hang.
WATER BOTTLE LABELS: With PDF open, edit text blocks and print onto Avery 8165 label sheets. Trim, peel backing and wrap around bottles.
CUPCAKE TOPPERS: Print onto 8.5 X 11 card stock. Trim round circles with scissors or a 1.5 inch round punch. With topper face down, lay toothpick or skewer in center and adhere with double stick tape. Place another topper back to back over tape and press to stick together. STRAW FLAGS: Trim flags and fold on dotted line. Open flat and place a 2 inch strip of double stick tape across the fold. Make sure there is no tape hanging off the edges of the flag. Place the straw on the fold of the flag and leave about 2-3 inches of straw above the flag. Wrap taped area of flag around straw pressing paper together on flag ends. You can also use the flags on toothpicks for dessert of treat toppers.
WRAPPING PAPER: Print design onto a letter weight paper.
STICKER SHEET: With PDF open, edit text blocks and click print. Make sure you select PAGE SCALING = NONE in the print window. (Very important so that the design lines up properly). Print onto Avery 8293 label sheets. Cut the label sheet into strips for party favors or use the labels to decorate envelopes, packages or party items.

AGH!!! How come I can’t print? When I click on something it takes me to an orange page that says coming soon… I purchased a membership to print invitations for a shower this weekend and came today to print the decorations and it’s not working.

I’m having trouble printing the sticker sheet from my Mac. There isn’t an option for choosing “None” for page scaling and the circles are too big and not lining up. Any tips?
Does it give you an option to scale up or down? If so you can test on some plain paper to get the exact size.

I am trying to print the jungle baby shower pennants and when i click on the link it opens and shows 2 letters per page and there are 6 pages. The instructions say it will be 12 pages with 1 letter per sheet. Am I doing something wrong or did they change it? Thanks!

I’ve been trying to print the jungle sticker sheet from the PDF file, however I’m unable to adjust the setting s stated on the instructions. I was told to correct sizing & alignment, when in PRINT window, change PAGE SCALE to NONE. Please advise on how to correct this mishap. Thank you…..

Hi Michelle, thanks for the note. Unfortunately since Minnie Mouse is a trademarked character, we are not able to use her in any kind of business designs. There are a lot of companies who own the license and sell Minnie Mouse party products. I would love to see the Baby Jax photos. We are currently working on the option for readers to post their photos on our blog, but until then you can post them on our Facebook wall. Can’t wait to see.
