Cocktail napkins, ribbon and those cheerio looking reinforcement labels are all you will need to make this delicate blooming garland. This little tutorial is a quick yet gorgeous way to decorate for a bridal shower, baby shower or wedding reception. Though I used the white cocktail napkins that we had here at our studio, you could get creative with spring pastel or bright and vibrant colored napkins. How did you attach the dowel to the wall? I don’t want to drill holes into the wall…maybe use the 3M plastic hooks???
