PARTY KIT INSTRUCTIONS: You will need: 1) 8.5 X 11 Card Stock Paper compatible with your printer 2) Paper Cutter or Xacto Knife, Metal Ruler & Cutting Mat 3) Double Stick Tape & Clear Tape 4) Roll of Twine or Matching Ribbon 5) Avery 8293 (1.5″ round) Ink Jet Label Sheets 6) Scallop Edge Scissors (optional) 7) Toothpicks for Cupcake Toppers 8) Hole Punch “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” PENNANTS: This PDF has 13 pages, one for each letter. Print all pages on 8.5″ X 11″ card stock. Trim and use hole punch on top corners where marked. Measure and trim twine or ribbon to desired length. String pennants onto twine/ribbon, hang and adjust spacing on string to fit your display area. STICKER SHEET: With PDF open, click print. Make sure you select PAGE SCALING = NONE in the print window. (Very important so that the design lines up properly). Print onto Avery 8293 label sheets. Cut the label sheet into strips for party favors or use the labels to decorate envelopes, packages or party items. CRITTER EARS: This PDF has 2 pages. Print on to 8.5″ X 11″ card stock. Trim and use hole punch where indicated on each end of headband. Fold ears down on dotted line. Thread twine or ribbon through each hole so that you can tie ears onto child’s head like a headband. CUPCAKE TOPPERS: Print onto 8.5″ X 11″ card stock. Trim with scissors or a 1.5″ round punch. With topper face down, lay toothpick or skewer in center and adhere with double stick tape. Place another topper back to back over tape and press to stick together. STRAW FLAGS: Trim flags and fold on dotted line. Open flat and place a 2 inch strip of double stick tape across the fold. Make sure there is no tape hanging off the edges of the flag. Place the straw on the fold of the flag and leave about 2-3 inches of straw above the flag. Wrap taped area of flag around straw pressing paper together on flag ends. CUPCAKE WRAPS: Print onto 8.5″ X 11″ card stock. Trim with scissors or exacto knife with the option of using scalloped edge scissors on the top edge of the wrap. Curl trimmed wrap into a circle and use single sided tape to finish. Place cupcake into wrap. EDITABLE CUPCAKE TOPPER: With PDF open in Acrobat, edit age of child in indicated area. Trim topper. With topper face down, lay toothpick or skewer in center and adhere with double stick tape. Place another topper back to back over tape and press to stick together. SNACK CONES: Print onto 8.5″ X 11″ card stock. For orange pattern inside cones, turn paper over and print back side with that PDF. Trim with scissors or Xacto knife with the option of using scalloped edge scissors on the top edge of the cone. Curl to bring edges together and to create a cone shape taping edge to hold into place. Fill with popcorn or other snacks. TRAIL MIX TOPPER: Trim cards with option of using scalloped edge scissors. After filling bags with trail mix, use double stick tape to make a bag topper.

    • I would use the round cupcake toppers or the sticker sheets printed on card stock and punch a hole to tie them to the favors. You can write the name of the child on the back.
