Thank you so much for the great bow-wrapping tutorial. :)
Thanks for the tutorial! I literally sat staring at your pictures. I keep looking and trying and tying. Thanks again! BTW, found you through Simple Home Life.

It works!!
Love it! I was surprised how well it works!!! Thank you for posting!
Hey there! Love the tutorial! Can I ask what font you used for “How to tie a perfect bow”? I love it and I’m having a hard time finding it. Thanks so much!
Thanks. Yes, that font is Strangelove Text. Here is a link. http://marketplace.veer.com/type/UMT0000697
This is just one of those things I cannot retain for some reason. I learn how to do it and then I forget over and over! Thank you for the visual tutorial. Have it saved to a pinboard and now I will never be left not knowing how to tie a pretty bow :-)
My reminder is “top over top”. Glad this is helpful. :-)
I hate to say this, but you lost me when you said “Make a loop and pull through”.
After I pull the top ribbon DOWN, to the left, do I bring the loop (on the right) BACK to its original “left” side? Ah nuts……Everyone got it but me and I’m still trying to figure out HOW I make the loop with the ribbon……neve rmind. I’m losing it.
Dana! It’s okay you are not nuts. I really want to do a video tutorial for this, and until I get it done, you can see a quick version on this video I submitted for a contest. (Don’t laugh… it was really quick and last minute). Tell me if this helps. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppxS9UAP0Bg
Thanks so much for the tutorial, it really does create a perfect straight bow. Now I will have to try till I can do it without looking to make bows like this at the back of my dress!
Yes! Doing it behind your back may take a little practice. Just keep in mind the “top goes over the top”.
I always had problems to fold a perfect bow. Maybe this tutorial will help me the next time I have to master the task. Thank you!
This may sound silly, but I recently found out I’ve been tying bows wrong my entire life, and I’m 40! I’m right-handed, but was taught to tie my shoes but my left-handed Mother. Whenever I tie a bow, it turns out upside down! You have no idea how thankful I am for this tutorial. :)
hi thanks it is very perfect.
