I love this idea and I am thingking about doing it for my daughters birthday next year. In one of the pictures the girls are wearing grass skirts…. are these aslo hand made??? if so is there any place where I can find out how to make them???

Oh I love Holland! Thanks for writing. The grass skirts were purchased, but there certainly are ways you can make them. Here is a post where she used a plastic raffia. I love that she used elastic too. Super easy.: http://blogniako.blogspot.com/2011/11/diy-grass-skirt-and-drink-hula-skirt.html
You could also use a similar technique but with a brown craft paper that you buy on rolls. Just cut it into strips and use it similar to the raffia. It will be more fragile and rip easier, but could be a great option too. If you have seen my dresses on papier-couture.com, you know I am not shy about wearing paper. ;-)

At the bottom of this article there is a wide grey button. Click that and a pop up window will open and allow you to download the pdf of the party kit. If a window does not pop up then go to your browser and upblock pop ups for our site. Let me know if that does not work and we will figure it out.

Is this popping up in your browser or is it a savable PDF? You can save the PDF onto your desktop and open it from there. Also. it is a large file so it may take a minute to show all the pages. Let me know if that works. If not, we will try another option.
