How do I place an order?

 

Placing an order at Elli is easy. You can order anytime through our website at Elli.com or call us at 1-800-443-5289 Monday-Friday, 9-5 Pacific Standard Time.

 

When will I get my order?

 

The turnaround time for all of our orders (production + shipping) will depend on your shipping location. Once we receive your order, your order will print in 2 bussiness days and then ship from the West Coast. Shipping time depends on your selected ship method (see chart below) and location. Delivery time for USPS Express Mail is 1 day and Priority Mail and First Class Mail is 2 to 3 days (excludes Sundays).

Can I customize the invitation or card I am interested in?

 

Yes! Our team of designers are happy to customize colors, fonts, and text layout for you at no extra cost. For example, love a wedding suite but the RSVP has entree options and you're doing a buffet?  We can adjust the design so that there are no entree options. Just place your order and send an email to info@elli.com with your customization instructions. Once we receive your order and instructions, one of our designers will get in touch with you and send you a design proof with the changes you requested.  Have greater, grandiose visions?  Let us know, we'll make it happen.

 

How much do your cards cost?

 

The cost of our cards depend on the type of card and order quantity. To see how much a card will cost for a certain quantity, all you have to do is click the drop down box and select the quantity. Next to the quantity you will see the per card price. Add a return address to the flap of your envelope for an extra 30 cents per envelope.

 

Does the back of the card printing cost extra?

 

Nope! We love adding designs to the back of our cards because they add a unique touch. Printed backs are included on all of our designs at no extra cost to you. 

 

Are envelopes included with my order?

 

Yes, all of our invitation and card designs include plain envelopes at no extra cost. If you would like the return address printed on your envelopes, you can select that during the personalization process for an additional 30 cents per envelope.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

 

When you place an order, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order along with a digital pdf of your design.  We start the process of printing your order as soon as we recieve it so there isn't always the guareentee that we can cancel it.  If you see an error, please email us at info@elli.com or call us at 1-800-443-5289.

How do I order a wedding invitation sample?

 

We offer samples for all of our wedding invitations and save the date cards because we want you to feel the quality of our paper and see how amazing our designs are. To order a sample, all you have to do is click "order a sample" link for the invitation or save the date design you are interested in. All samples are only $1 and are shipped via USPS. 

 

What kind of paper do you use?

 

We use a thick, eggshell-textured paper.  For those who know paper-speak, it is 120 pound paper.  In other words, it's the thickest weight of paper that our industrial printers can handle and we love it! 

 

How to I redeem a store credit to Elli and apply it towards my order?

 

To redeem your store credit or gift credit, create an Elli account, go to "my credits" and enter your unique code. To apply this credit to an order, all you have to do is checkout and select the store credit option on the billing page (page 2) of the checkout process.
