Changing your order
Printing begins shortly after your order is placed, so if you’d like to make a change, please reach out immediately and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to do so. Please call us at 800.443.5289.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will work with you on a reprint and ship it out using your original ship method. If there is a typo on your order that was approved during the checkout process or while working with a designer, we are happy to offer you a discounted reprint.
A digital preview is 80% to 90% accurate in representing colors, and a reasonable variation between the digital proof and the prints is expected. If the color of your printed cards does not match your printed sample or our color charts (included with sample packs), please contact us about a complimentary reprint. If you’d like to reorder your cards with a different color, we are happy to offer you a discounted reprint.

The quality of the prints is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted. Our personalization tool will alert you if the resolution of your photo under 300 dpi, and we will be unable to issue any reprints or refunds if you proceed with a photo that caused an alert. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about how your photo will print.
Requesting a reprint
If you’d like to request a reprint, please email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
- Your name and phone number
- Your order number (this 7 digit number can be found on your emailed receipt or in your Elli account order history)
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos that show the issue, taken in natural light if possible
- A photo of your packing slip
- Your preferred contact method of phone or email
Returns and refunds
Our goal is to always get flawless prints in your hands. In the rare occurrence that there’s a printing issue with your order, please request a reprint (see above). In the event there is not enough time to reprint your items (within 5 business days of your wedding), we can grant a refund.
All stationery is custom printed to order and returns are not accepted.
